Prior to  Aaron’s Bar Mitzvah, we photographed him with his wonderful family.  Here is a peak at some of their images.  More to come soon from his celebration!

Here is sweet baby Marco.  I was lucky enough to capture him at just 5 days old.  Congrats Kate and Dan, he is absolutely precious!

My beautiful niece Sarafina was visiting for the Thanksgiving holiday, and I was thrilled to take senior photos of her.  We were hoping for a beautiful sunny day, and got cold, wind rain and clouds instead.  Luckily she is amazingly photogenic and it didn’t matter a bit.  Congratulations Fina, enjoy your senior year!

Nicole and Adam have recently purchased an adorable home together in Lauderdale, so that is where we started our shoot.  I particularly loved the little “kissing couple” that had belonged to Nicole’s Grandmother.  We had a fun evening and ended up at the Hennepin Avenue bridge and Nicollet Island Inn.  The evening was timed perfectly as just a few raindrops fell as I drove home.  Nicole and Adam are fun, easy-going and just great to be around.  I look forward to your wedding next spring!

What a gorgeous late summer evening at Minnehaha Falls.  Ella and Graeme were great, and even after a long day of school, they were troopers for their photo shoot.  They are lucky kids to be a part of such a nice family!

Joy and Jonathan first met at Caribou, so it made perfect sense to theme their wedding around something they both loved…coffee!  From the cake to the coffee bar to coffee beans in the centerpieces, the details were exquisite.  They are simply an adorable couple, and the happiness that surrounded them was so genuine and full of love.  But, most adorable of all is their son Caelum, who was the handsomest groomsman ever in his little mini tuxedo.  He was a champ all day, and didn’t complain a bit… even when he was wheeled down the aisle in his beautifully decorated portacrib!  Rather than having a receiving line, Joy and Jonathan chose to greet their guests while personally serving wedding cake or cheesecake (coffee flavored of course) which was a wonderful touch. The wedding and reception were both held at the University of Minnesota’s McNamara Alumni Center.  It was a spectacular evening, and I wish the three of you the happiest of days ahead!

This wedding has to be one of my favorites to date!  Shanelle is gorgeous, and looked so absolutely stunning in her wedding dress..she reminded me of the Princess Bride.  She and Chris were so relaxed and made their wedding day joyful for everyone around them.  The love they have for each other and the love surrounding them by their families was a beautiful thing.  Their wedding and reception took place at Silverwood Park, which was such a great setting.  Although the day was hot and humid, they breezed through it with so many smiles.  What they have together is truly special, and I was so thrilled to document their wedding day.

After canceling our shoot the week before because of arctic conditions, we decided to go for it, hoping the the weather would improve by late afternoon.  Sure enough, we had a few hours of clouds and sun, and managed to find some fun locations that kept us out of the wind.  Jessica’s gorgeous smile and the playfulness between them was fun to capture.  I look forward to your wedding day!

This little angel was just perfect for his first shoot.  He was awake for a little while and content as can be, then drifted off to sleep for most of the rest of our session.  I always love documenting a newborn when they are still so tiny and sweet, and Caelum is just precious!
