Michelle and Mike's wedding celebration was overflowing with love and laughter.  The bride was stunning, the weather was perfect, and the lovely Outing Lodge was a great backdrop for their wedding day.  When Mike walked down the aisle to await his bride, the guests broke out in happy applause, and the love was felt by all!  Michelle's smile is beautiful and contagious, and the friendships and bonds these two have with each

Jessica and Brian picked a gorgeous fall day to get married!  We had a great day in St. Cloud, and I loved photographing them in a fabulous classic car in front of the old "Frency's" Restaurant sign.  The restaurant is no longer open, but their parents have fond memories of eating there when they were young, and the sign still stands!  We also spent some time at the beautiful Munsinger

Joy and Jonathan first met at Caribou, so it made perfect sense to theme their wedding around something they both!  From the cake to the coffee bar to coffee beans in the centerpieces, the details were exquisite.  They are simply an adorable couple, and the happiness that surrounded them was so genuine and full of love.  But, most adorable of all is their son Caelum, who was the handsomest

A sneak peak of Alaina and James' beautiful wedding at Thompson Park in St. Paul.

I spent a very inspiring weekend at a wedding photography workshop taught by the lovely and talented Emily Steffen.  Several generous vendors lent their time and talent to our shoot, and to them I am very appreciative.  The cake and goodies were created by Shauna Younge Dessert Table, the many paper goods and styling by Bethany Hway, models hair and makeup by Aubrey Thoren and especially the adorable (already Mr.

Michelle and Bob were married in St. Paul, and the day - although windy - was just beautiful. This sort of felt like a family wedding to me, not only because I know the bridesmaids so well, but because they made me feel like part of the family.  Michelle is probably the most gracious bride I've ever met, and after many calamities in the week prior to the ceremony, the day

Heather and Joel had a beautiful ceremony and reception at the Earl Brown Heritage Center.  They braved the gusty wind and had a lovely outside ceremony.  These two are a wonderful match, and I wish them many many happy days to come!

Brrrrr!  The cold cold January temperatures kept us inside for photos, but we found some fun and interesting places to be.  Westminster has such a beautiful sanctuary and it was warm inside!  Maggie was a very traditional bride and wanted Jake to see her for the first time as she walked down the aisle.  He was truly beaming when he saw her.  I was thrilled to shoot this winter wedding

It was an honor to photograph my cousin Jessica's wedding.  She and Shane were married at the Great Hall in St. Paul. It was just a block away from Mears Park, which was a fun place to shoot.  Jess was such a beautiful bride, and I think the photos capture her sweet demeanor and caring personality.  Congratulation to you both and happy days ahead!

I had the pleasure of photographing this wedding with my friend the talented Julia Auerbach {juliaauerbachphotography. com}.   Lindsay was such a fun bride, and her laugh made me smile.  And the shoes... I just loved the shoes!  Danny was more reserved and serious, but they compliment each other beautifully.  Congratulations to you both and happy days ahead!
